Kasa Kalagonis is a recently built holiday home designed to offer comfort and relaxation in a welcoming, functional setting. The property is independent, features private parking, and accommodates up to 4 guests: 2 in a double bedroom and 2 on a comfortable sofa bed. With no architectural barriers, it’s easily accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. The space includes a bright, air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary appliances, a utility area, bathroom, and double bedroom. Towels, bed linens, and all essentials for a carefree stay are provided, including cleaning products and a bathroom set. Just a few meters away you’ll find bars, a supermarket, bakery, and a public playground, making the location convenient for every need. Kasa Kalagonis is inspired by the ancient traditions of Maracalagonis, especially the “magasinus”—spaces once dedicated to winemaking, a central element of local culture. The historic village winery, among the oldest in Sardinia, is only 50 meters from the house. These magasinus were also places for gathering and socializing, where wine, music, and traditions like the “muttetos” were shared. Located in a strategic position, Maracalagonis is just a few kilometers from Cagliari, Quartu Sant’Elena, and Elmas Airport, all easily reached by public transport. It’s the perfect base to explore southern Sardinia—away from the crowds but close to main attractions, balancing tradition and modern comfort.
